The world is a mosaic of cultures. It has been for thousands of years. Yet too many books fail to provide meaningful awareness of many of these cultures, specifically those with religious backgrounds. As a Muslim-owned and Muslim-serving publishing house, Shaherazad Shelves wants to change that. We remove measures that gate-keep many authors from advancing in their writing career (e.g., word count or requiring a "polished" manuscript) to set the standard for a fair chance at publication.
We publish amazing stories—and revolutionize an industry one book at a time.

An ARC grants a reader access to a physical or electronic version of a book prior to its release. The best part is you don't need to be a booktuber, bookstgrammer, or booktoker to be an ARC reader! Just join our Discord group. You can also follow us on social media for giveaways!
If you are a dedicated or famous book content creator, you're welcome to apply, too! We like to respect everyone's preferences; you'll have the flexibility to choose to receive certain ARCs instead of all of them.
Author Andrew Ginsburg appears on Channel 3 CBS Connecticut to speak about his debut picture book! See more here.
